Our partners from NTNU, EM systemer and Haram Kommune organised the Norwegian Stakeholder workshop in Ålesund on 13 February 2024.
A broad range of participants - including researchers, building managers, electrical companies, municipalities, electricity producers and providers - joined our team as they introduced preliminary results, discussed the benefits of the COLLECTiEF solution, and collected precious insights and feedback.
The workshop started with an introduction from Hans Petter Hildre, Head of the Department of Ocean Operations and Civil Engineering (IHB) which hosts COLLECTiEF at NTNU, and the project coordinator Mohammadreza Aghaei. Then followed presentations on the integration with BMS systems with a special focus on the Norwegian pilots and a talk from Rune Jelle-Slenes from Wattn, a local energy company. The second part of the event focused on the exploitation of the project as well as market applicability and opportunities. Participants were divided into groups where they discussed the potential for the project from a local perspective.
